These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website Likeablez.ca ("Website"), which is owned and operated by Likeablez™, the creator and seller of handmade stickers, bookmarks, digital downloads, and other future products ("Products"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our website and make purchases. By using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian, and all transactions must be completed by an adult.

 

2. Product Safety Disclaimer

Our products—including stickers, bookmarks, buttons, and other small goods—are not toys and are not intended for children under the age of 3. These items may contain small parts, sharp components, or packaging materials that could pose choking, puncture, or suffocation hazards.

To ensure safe use, please handle all products with care and keep them out of reach of babies, toddlers, and pets. Use under adult supervision is strongly recommended. Likeablez™ is not liable for any injury, damage, or misuse resulting from the handling or use of our products.

3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Website, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for ensuring the security of your login credentials. Likeablez™ is not liable for any unauthorized access or actions taken using your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Product Information, Variations, and Availability
At Likeablez™, we strive to provide accurate and reliable product information for all our items, including handmade and Print-on-Demand (POD) products. However, due to the nature of production processes and third-party involvement, the following applies:

• Handmade Items: Handmade products, such as stickers, bookmarks, and art prints, are crafted with care in small batches, making each item unique.

  • Minor Imperfections: Because of the handmade process, small variations in size, colour, and appearance are normal and reflect the individuality of each product. These imperfections, such as tiny blemishes, slight colour differences, or minor inconsistencies in shape or texture, are not considered defects and should be embraced as part of the charm of handmade items.

  • We do our best to ensure that each product meets high standards of quality and craftsmanship, but please note that no two handmade items are exactly alike.

• Print-on-Demand (POD) Items: POD products (e.g., t-shirts, bags, prints, stickers) are created and fulfilled by third-party production companies. As such:

  • Likeablez™ is not responsible or liable for errors, defects, delays, or quality issues originating from the POD company.

  • Variations in colour, size, or print quality due to third-party materials, production methods, or settings are outside Likeablez™’s control and are not grounds for returns or refunds unless explicitly covered under our Return Policy.

  • Shipping delays, damages, or losses caused by the POD company or their shipping partners are the responsibility of the POD company, not Likeablez™.

• Availability: All products, including handmade and POD items, are subject to availability. Likeablez™ does not guarantee the availability of any specific product at any given time.

  • Limited-edition or seasonal items may sell out quickly, and restocking is not guaranteed.

  • If a product is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative options if available.

  • Likeablez™ reserves the right to discontinue or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

• Liability for POD Companies: Some items are produced and shipped through trusted print-on-demand (POD) partners. Likeablez™ is not responsible or liable for any errors, defects, delays, or quality issues caused by POD companies. If you have concerns about a POD item, please contact us first — we’ll do our best to assist and work with our partners to help resolve the issue.

• General Disclaimer for All Products: Product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge but are subject to correction and updates without prior notice. Please note that some images shown are digital mock-ups created to illustrate how a design may appear in real-life settings. Due to variations in display settings, lighting, production methods, and mock-up rendering, the final product may differ slightly in size, colour, or design placement from what is depicted online. These minor variations do not affect the overall quality or appearance of the final product.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our Website, you’re offering to purchase a Product subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept most major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal and debit card payments are not available at this time.

All prices are listed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and your payment is handled securely.

6. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in CAD and may change from time to time. Once you place and pay for your order, the price is locked in.

We aren’t charging tax right now, but if that ever changes, it will be clearly shown at checkout.

7. Email Subscriber Policy
Our 5% off welcome discount is valid for new subscribers only and applies to the first order placed with the email used to sign up. The discount can only be used once per email address and must be used within 30 days of receiving the promo code. It cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.

8. Buy More, Save More Disclaimer

At Likeablez™, we want you to enjoy great savings with our Buy More, Save More offers. Please note that all promotions are:

• Subject to change, modification, or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

• Applicable only to selected, qualifying products within specific categories.

• Not combinable with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.

• Automatically applied at checkout when the minimum quantity requirements are met.

• Discounts apply only within each product category and cannot be combined across different categories.

 

Please note: Promotions for physical products are valid for shipping within Canada only. Customers in the U.S. and other countries can still enjoy these promotions on our digital products, like printable calendars.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We want every Likeablez™ package to arrive safely and bring a little joy!

Shipping Area:
Likeablez™ ships physical products within Canada only. Shipping to the U.S. and other countries is temporarily paused. Digital downloads are available worldwide and delivered instantly.

 

Processing & Delivery:
Orders are carefully packed and usually ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery within Canada typically takes 5–15 business days. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to postal service disruptions.

 

Shipping Methods:
Lightweight items such as stickers, bookmarks, and art prints are mailed in flat envelopes via Canada Post without tracking. Bulkier items may ship in boxes with tracking via other carriers.​

Free Shipping:
Orders that meet the minimum purchase amount qualify for free shipping. Digital items do not count toward this threshold.

​

Digital Products: Printable items are delivered by email — no shipping needed. Most download links arrive instantly, but sometimes payment may take a moment to complete. If your link isn’t there right away, please wait just a little bit. And if it still hasn’t arrived, we’re always here to help and can send your files manually.

10. Customs and Import Duties – U.S. Orders

As of August 29, 2025, the United States ended its de minimis exemption, which previously allowed orders under $800 USD to enter duty-free. Because of this change, all shipments to the U.S. may now be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees—regardless of order value.

​

These new regulations have made it challenging for us to ship physical products to the U.S., so we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause U.S. shipping.

​

We truly appreciate your understanding during this time. The good news is that U.S. customers can still purchase our printable calendar digital downloads, which are delivered instantly by email with no shipping or customs fees.

11. Digital Downloads

When you purchase a digital downloadable item, you’ll get instant access to your files as soon as your order is complete. No physical shipping is involved. You can download your items directly from the confirmation page or via a download link sent to your email.

Please note that you have 30 days to download your digital files from the email link. After this period, access will no longer be available, so we recommend downloading your items as soon as possible.

​

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Instant Download - Getting Your Files: Printable items are delivered by email — no shipping needed. Most download links arrive instantly, but sometimes payment may take a moment to complete. If your link isn’t there right away, please wait just a little bit. And if it still hasn’t arrived, we’re always here to help and can send your files manually.

12. Returns and Exchanges

We want every Likeablez™ order to bring a little joy! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please reach out to us first. Items should be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in good condition, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers cover return shipping, and original shipping fees aren’t refundable. Once we receive your item, we’ll take care of your exchange or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:
If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, just let us know within 3 days with a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or refund the item. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

Lost or Missing Packages:

Once your order leaves Likeablez™, it’s in the care of the postal service. We aren’t responsible for items that are lost, stolen, missing, or damaged in transit — including deliveries to PO Boxes or due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Policy Use:

We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if this policy is being misused.

​

Some items, like digital downloads, final sale items, and lost or stolen packages, cannot be returned or exchanged.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Likeablez™ reserves the right to limit or refuse access to our products or services if we believe a purchase or communication violates our policies or is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful in any way. This includes suspected misuse of our return or refund policies.

14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, designs, and other materials, is the property of Likeablez™ or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Website without express permission. By submitting content, including reviews or feedback, you grant Likeablez™ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute such content.

15. Limitation of Liability

Likeablez™ is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes damages resulting from the use or attempted removal of stickers from surfaces or items that may incur damage. By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that Likeablez™ is not responsible for delays, product defects, or any issues beyond our reasonable control. You agree to use the website and products at your own risk.

16. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in fraudulent activities or submitting false information;

• Violating the intellectual property rights of Likeablez™ or third parties;

• Engaging in activities that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Website or its services;

• Displaying violent, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards others, including other customers, staff, or anyone associated with the business.

• You must not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website. Violating these terms could result in suspension or termination of your account.

Likeablez™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and services if we believe you have engaged in any violent, harmful, or disruptive behavior, or violated these Terms in any way.

17. Privacy
Your use of our Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

18. Modification of Terms
Likeablez™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and the updated Terms will be posted on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. We will notify you of any significant changes to these Terms via email or through prominent notice on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior.

20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ontario, Canada.

21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government regulations, or any other events that may prevent or delay our ability to fulfill orders.

23. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through informal negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the province of Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the applicable laws of Ontario. The arbitration will be conducted in English and in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act of Ontario. The decision and award of the arbitrator will be final and binding upon the parties, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

24. Export Control
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations regarding the Products offered on the Website. You will not use, export, or re-export any Product in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to Canadian, U.S., or other foreign laws. By purchasing any Product, you confirm that you are not located in a country that is subject to export restrictions or sanctions imposed by Canada or any other relevant authorities.

Likeablez™ is a trademark application currently pending registration. All rights reserved, and all content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, product designs, text, and other materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without the express written permission of Likeablez™. Unauthorized use of Likeablez™'s trademark or copyrighted material may result in legal action.
