RETURN POLICY

We want every Likeablez™ order to bring a little joy! And if something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, just send us a quick message first. Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in good condition, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your item(s) arrives back to us, we’ll take care of your exchange or refund right away. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, original shipping fees aren’t refundable, and a reshipping fee will apply for exchanges.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take good care with every order, carefully checking and packing each item before it leaves Likeablez™. That said, sometimes things can happen during shipping — or on our end — and we’re here to help make it right.

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please let us know within 3 days and include a photo so we can take a look.

Once we receive the item, we’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund for the item to your original payment method.

Please note: original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

Sometimes packages take a little longer to reach you. A quick check of your shipping address, your local post office, or even with neighbours can often help!

All current Likeablez™ orders ship through Canada Post without tracking. Once your package leaves us, it’s in the hands of the postal service, so we’re unable to track it or take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

We know waiting can be a little stressful, and we appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you!

Digital Downloads

Because of the nature of digital items, all digital downloads are final sale.
The bright side? They’re delivered instantly so you can start enjoying them right away!

 

Other Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened, unused, and good condition.

  • We aim to make every return or exchange simple and stress-free.

  • Please note: we reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if this policy is being misused.
