Are your products handmade?Many of our products, like stickers, bookmarks, and art prints, are handmade with care by the creator of Likeablez™. Each product description will clearly mention if an item is handmade. As we grow, we may also introduce items like t-shirts and canvas bags featuring our original designs, which will be produced through trusted partners while staying true to our commitment to quality and creativity.

What materials do you use?For our handmade products, we use premium materials to ensure they’re durable and long-lasting. Our stickers are made from high-quality vinyl with a protective laminate, our bookmarks are crafted from premium cardstock with a laminated finish, and our art prints are printed on Ultra Premium Photo Paper with a Satin Finish, giving them a vibrant look and smooth feel. For our partnered products, like print-on-demand items, we carefully choose suppliers who offer great quality based on their descriptions and reviews. While we trust their process, we don’t have the same hands-on control as we do with our handmade items, so we can’t personally inspect each product. If anything isn’t quite right, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Product SafetyWe care deeply about your family’s safety. While our creations—such as stickers, bookmarks, buttons, and other small goods—are designed to bring joy, they are not toys and may pose a choking hazard to young children and pets. Some items may include small parts, sharp edges, or arrive in plastic packaging or with stuffing materials. For this reason, we recommend keeping them out of reach of babies, toddlers, and animals. Do you restock items or do limited drops?Most of our designs are created in small batches, and some are limited edition. If something’s sold out, feel free to message us—we may be planning a restock or something new and exciting!

Can I request a custom design?We love hearing from our customers and are always open to feedback! While we don’t currently offer custom designs, our creations are carefully curated and designed by Likeablez™, focusing on bringing you unique, pre-made products. What materials do you use for your stickers?Our stickers are made from premium glossy vinyl with a laminate overlay. This makes them durable, water-resistant, and perfect for adding a touch of personality to your belongings without worrying about wear and tear!

Will your stickers work on helmets, curved, or textured surfaces?Our regular-size Premium Stickers (about 2+ inches) are best suited for flat surfaces like laptops, notebooks, and phone cases. Because of their size and thicker material, they may not stick well to highly curved surfaces like helmets. They are not suitable for fabric, textured, uneven, or very curved surfaces. However, our mini stickers — available only in sticker packs — may work better on curved surfaces due to their smaller size. While they still stick best to smooth surfaces, they offer a bit more flexibility for slight curves. If you’re applying to a curved surface, we recommend testing a small area first to ensure proper adhesion.

Gentle Cleaning: If your sticker gets dirty, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth (like a glasses cleaning cloth) to avoid scratching the laminate. Please avoid using any cleaning sprays or solutions. Indoor Use Preferred: Although water-resistant, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heavy moisture can reduce the sticker’s lifespan.

Avoid cleaning solutions or sprays. Store Properly: When not in use, store your bookmark flat or inside a book to maintain its shape.

Are your products eco-friendly?At Likeablez™, we prioritize creating high-quality products that stand out. While our handmade products are not made from eco-specific materials, we pay attention to the packaging whenever possible. For stickers and bookmarks, we use kraft envelopes and tissue paper, while our art prints are shipped in flat mailers to ensure they arrive safely. We also protect items in reusable glassine and cellophane bags. For our Print-on-Demand (POD) products, the packaging and shipping are handled by our trusted partners, so we don’t have direct control over those. However, we carefully select partners who maintain high-quality standards. While we’re not marketing our products as eco-friendly, we’re committed to providing unique, creative items and are always looking for ways to improve our packaging with more sustainable options where we can.

Are your printable calendars physical products or digital downloads?Our printable calendars are digital downloads, not physical products. After your purchase, you'll receive a link to download the PDF right away—nothing will be shipped. Please make sure you have the proper software to open PDF files (like Adobe Reader or similar). You can print the calendar at home or through a local print shop, whichever works best for you!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We primarily ship using Canada Post, though other carriers may occasionally be used. Can I track my order?Orders under $85 CAD are typically mailed using Standard or Large Envelope through Canada Post, which does not include tracking. If you’d like tracking, you can choose our flat-rate tracked shipping option at checkout, which is priced higher than standard shipping. Orders of $85 CAD or more qualify for free tracked shipping and will include a tracking number once shipped.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?If your order was shipped with tracking and hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to look into it and work with the carrier to help find a solution. For orders without tracking, we usually ship by Lettermail through Canada Post. These packages can’t be tracked once they’re on their way, but you’re still welcome to message us — we’ll do what we can to help. If your order is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address (including PO boxes), we’re happy to send it out again! A new shipping fee will apply, so please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. Please note: Likeablez™ isn’t responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit by the postal service or shipping carriers — whether the order is tracked or untracked — and we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in these cases. Do you take breaks? How does that affect my order?A: Yes, we do! Likeablez™ is a small, family-run shop, and spending time with our kids is really important to us. We take occasional breaks to recharge, get inspired, and enjoy those special moments together. We always give advance notice on our website before taking a break (though we may not always announce it on Instagram or in our newsletter). Before stepping away, we make sure all current orders are processed and shipped. While we’re on break, we may not be able to respond to messages or process new orders.
