Digital Products:
Printable items are delivered by email — no shipping needed. Most download links arrive instantly, but sometimes payment may take a moment to complete. If your link isn’t there right away, please wait just a little bit. And if it still hasn’t arrived, we’re always here to help and can send your files manually.
Where We Ship:
We currently ship physical items within Canada only. Shipping to the U.S. and other countries is temporarily paused. Digital downloads are available worldwide and are delivered instantly.
Address Accuracy:
To help ensure your Likeablez® package arrives safely, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order, including any apartment, unit, or suite number, as well as PO Boxes where applicable. Likeablez® cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, any shipping charges paid are non-refundable. If you would like us to resend your order, additional shipping charges will apply.
Processing & Delivery:
Orders are packed with care and usually ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery within Canada typically takes 5–15 business days after shipment. While we do our best to meet these estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to busy periods, holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, postal service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
How We Ship:
Lightweight items like stickers, bookmarks, and art prints are mailed in flat envelopes via Canada Post. These shipments do not include tracking but are reliable for small items. Bulkier items may ship in boxes with tracking via other carriers.
Free Shipping:
Canadian orders of $50 CAD or more (before tax) for stickers, bookmarks, and art prints qualify for free non-tracked shipping. Digital downloads do not count toward this minimum.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect:
