We’re a small, family-run business based in Canada, and we’re so excited to send a little joy your way.
We currently ship to Canada and the United States, and the majority of our standard shipping is handled through Canada Post. We do our best to pack, process, and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that postal delays can happen due to holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions—so if you need something by a certain date, we recommend ordering ahead of time.
Processing Time
Each order is packed with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Note: During busy seasons (like holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always keep you in the loop if there are any delays.

🚫 A Note About Lettermail Shipping
Standard and Large Envelope shipping methods do not include tracking or insurance.
If you’d like peace of mind, we recommend choosing a tracked shipping option at checkout.
Why Our Shipping Rates Are What They Are
We understand that shipping costs matter, and we do our best to keep them as low as possible while ensuring your order is packed with care. As a small, family-run business in Canada, we primarily use Canada Post for standard shipping.
Light, flat items are shipped via standard lettermail to help keep things affordable. Heavier or bulkier items—like art prints or multiple-layered orders—require larger envelopes with higher postage rates.
Tracked shipping is available as an option at checkout for those who’d like delivery updates or to follow their package’s journey.
We're always working to balance cost and reliability—and we truly appreciate your support as we grow.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees (U.S. Orders)
Orders under $800 USD are generally exempt from duties. However, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Additional Notes
Lost Packages (Tracked and Untracked):
We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit—whether tracked or untracked. Likeablez™ is not responsible for any issues caused by the postal service or shipping carriers , including delays, damage, or loss.
That said, if your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window or arrives damaged, please feel free to Contact Us. We’ll always do our best to help however we can.
For tracked shipments, we’ll gladly assist in tracking and resolving the issue with the carrier. For non-tracked shipments, unfortunately, we are unable to offer support for lost or delayed packages, as these cannot be traced or investigated through Canada Post or USPS. However, please feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.
Note: If tracking is important to you or if you'd like more visibility on your order’s status, we recommend selecting the tracked shipping option at checkout.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping details. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.
